Free Access to a Registered Nurse

The Telephone Health Advisory Service is a Ministry of Health and Long Term Care initiative aimed at improving access to primary health care services for Ontario residents enrolled with a Family Health Team. The service is provided in English and French, with translation support for other languages, and a direct TTY number for those with hearing and speech difficulties. Callers can also be connected to medication information and health information audio tapes.

Telehealth can also page the Brighton Quinte West Family Health Team physician on call.
