With funding from the Government of Ontario, Lakeview FHT has partnered with Ontario Health Team Northumberland to provide online booking for providers and programs of the FHT. In time, more providers may sign on to use this tool, increasing access for local patients and caregivers. Automated appointment booking, confirmation and reminders are intended to improve office efficiencies and increase patient satisfaction.
