Lakeview FHT offers a number of group classes and workshops that are free to patients of the Family Health Team. Many of the groups are one-session only and you can register directly into these groups by contacting your doctor's office.

Dates and times for all groups are listed in the Programs Calender.  Space is limited so you must register to attend a group.
